Advice for Aspiring PMs ⭐️

Here is my simple formula for mastering the product manager interview, which got my mentees PM Internship offers and interviews at Microsoft, Salesforce, and more.

1. Master the frameworks.

Read through the "Cracking the PM Interview" book and learn the structure of behavioral, product design, estimation, and strategy questions.

Go to Exponent's YouTube channel and watch mock product manager interviews from PMs at FAANG companies.

Carefully observe how they answer the question and take notes.

2. Do mock interviews.

Go to Exponent and StellarPeers, and do 1-2 mock interviews per day on these platforms until the day of your interview.

Keep implementing your peers' feedback until they have no more feedback.
